PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

It normally takes 24 - 72 business hours to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included. It takes longer for us to process pre-ordered items, please refer to our preorder page for more detailed information. If items are prepared in 24 hours in your order, we can ship it in one day.

Beit Collections has a few warehouses located in United States, Germany and China. We offer the express and best quality trackable shipping solution. Shipment takes approximately 3 - 45 business days to reach destination countries. Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with international tracking number will be sent to you.

SHIPPING DELAYS
Shipping time is estimated and commenced from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. Usually it takes about 30-60 days to some countries. Please submit a ticket by email us within 3 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours.
