Our Half-Chen mug's clean, classic design draws attention to the lovely warm tone reactive glazing. The glaze produces one-of-a-kind patterns and brilliant, varied warm wavy turbulent colors with taupe undertones as it undergoes chemical changes during fire. The glaze changes from creamy sandy surface, speckled with distinct marks and crackles. This desired crazing occurs during the firing process, and the craquelure can become more complicated over time as the raw natural materials expand and shrink. The glaze and its effects are food-safe, however certain foods may cause it to discolor briefly.

Our default currency is USD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used in the transaction.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

PROCESSING
It normally takes 24 - 72 business hours to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included. It takes longer for us to process pre-ordered items, please refer to our preorder page for more detailed information. If items are prepared in 24 hours in your order, we can ship it in one day.

Shipment takes approximately 3 - 45 business days to reach destination countries. Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with international tracking number will be sent to you.

SHIPPING DELAYS
Shipping time is estimated and commenced from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. Usually it takes about 30-60 days to some countries. Please submit a ticket by email us within 3 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours.
